The Super Mario All-Stars ROM is a compilation of games released in 1993 for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. It Includes remakes of 4 four Nintendo Super Mario games, such as Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros. 2, Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels, and Super Mario Bros. 3. 

Much like in other Super Mario games, the players take control of Mario and Luigi. As usual, they navigate the two brothers through themed worlds. On their way, they collect power-ups, while trying to avoid obstacles and uncovering secret areas.

Super Mario All-Stars Gameplay

All of the featured games in this SNES ROM are 2D side-scrolling platformers. In the games, the player takes control of Mario and Luigi. As usual, they jump between platforms while avoiding obstacles and enemies, and collecting power-ups On their path, they also find hidden secrets like warp zones and vertical vines. 

Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros. 3, and The Lost Levels all follow the brothers’ attempt to rescue Princess Toadstool from Bowser. In these games, the players stomp the enemies and break bricks along the way. On the other hand, Super Mario Bros. 2 features the brothers, the Princess and Toad. Together they must defeat King Wart to save the land of dreaming. Here, the players pick up objects and throw them at enemies. Players can choose one of the four from an in-game menu.
