Pokémon – White Version is a series of role-playing video games for the Nintendo DS that were released in 2010. Like every Pokemon game, it was developed by Game Freak and distributed by The Pokémon Company and Nintendo. Pokemon – White Version is the first game in the Pokémon video game series’ fifth generation. The film was first released in Japan on September 18, 2010, and then in Europe, North America, and Australia in 2011. Pokémon White 2, the successor to Pokemon – White Version, was published in 2012 for the Nintendo DS.
The two games, like previous versions in the series, chronicle the adventure of a young Pokémon trainer through the Unova region. They train Pokémon to compete against other trainers while foiling the plans of Team Plasma, a criminal organization. In Pokemon – White Version, the developers added 156 new Pokémon to the franchise. That’s five more than Pokémon Red and Blue, the previous record holder. Gamefreak added many other features. A seasonal cycle, rotating bouts, fully animated Pokémon sprites, and triple battles are among the features. The White Version of Pokemon is unrelated to the Black Version. While you can play both games independently, you must trade Pokémon between them to finish the games’ Pokédex.
Pokemon – White Version Gameplay
Pokémon – White Version is a third-person, overhead view role-playing video game with adventure features. The game has three fundamental screens: an overworld where the player navigates the main character, a battle screen, and a menu where the player configures their party, equipment, and gameplay options. The player takes control of a Pokémon Trainer who starts with just one Pokémon and may collect more with Poké Balls. The player, like all other Trainers, can take up to six Pokémon at a time. The game does, however, offer a network of PCs that can hold hundreds of Pokémon. PCs can be located in facilities known as “Pokémon Centers,” where the player can treat their Pokémon if they are sick or have fainted.
Pokémon – White Version is set in the Unova area, which is modeled by New York City. Unova, like all other regions, consists of several cities and towns linked by “Routes.” You have random encounters in thick grass along roads or in bodies of water. Trainers appear in cities and towns, as well as along highways, on occasion. In addition, “Gym Leaders,” elite Trainers who specialize in certain types of Pokémon, live in eight of the game’s cities and villages. When you defeat a Gym Leader he gives you his Gym Badge as a reward. To enter the Pokémon League, you must have all eight Badges. The player competes in the League against the “Elite Four” and then the Champion.
The screen turns to a turn-based combat screen where the Pokémon fight when the player encounters a wild Pokémon. Another trainer can also challenge you if you walk into his line of sight. The user can use a move, an item, swap the current Pokémon, or run throughout the battle. The player, on the other hand, is unable to leave a battle with another Trainer or some wild Pokémon that are stronger than the players. When a Pokémon’s HP is down to zero, it will faint until recovered. When an enemy Pokémon faints, all of the player’s Pokémon involved in the defeat gain experience points. A Pokémon can level up after gaining enough experience points, boosting its stats. Many Pokemon evolve after meeting their evolution conditions. The conditions usually include reaching a specific level or using an item on your Pokemon
